I was in the Unfallchirurgie it was the best patient treatment i ever got in my whole life The Dr Thul and the nurses were super nice and kind and professional I thank them so much

Very boring place.... and long waiting . Dont recommend if you have a strong pain or require immediate medical assistance..worst experience ever with this hospital

Worst patient treatment ever. I was here one afternoon because my stomach suddenly started to hurt and sting very bad to the point that I couldn't stand straight and it was hard to walk straight. They first told me to wait in the waiting room which took about at least an hour. At this point my head started to hurt and my stomach was not getting better at all. Then they called me in to take my pulse, gave me some medicaments, and made me wait for 1½ hour for the doctor because 'there's a lot of patients'. Who the hell asks someone sick to wait this long?? The problem is, there was NO ONE the whole time back when I was in the waiting room and the ER was very, very quiet. It didn't seem like there was any other emergency situation either and maybe there were some other patients but it shouldn't have taken that long. The nurses are even chatting and laughing outside on the nurse desk. When I finally went out of my room and said to the nurse that I need to leave because I have to catch the train and that It's very late at night and I hadn't eaten anything, they told me to wait 'just a second' in the waiting room again so they can call the doctor (???? so where was the doctor this whol

My husband was sent there by the pharmacy for a simple inhaler for his Asthma and they were of NO help!!! He was actually sent to another hospital because they couldn’t give him an inhaler and they would not let him see a doctor. Third world countries have inhalers in their hospitals, I guess this one does not.

There is no care. People are left to fight for themself. Therapie and support for patients does not exist. The patient i guided died after 4 days. Although brought over from Uni-Klinik in good conditions. Staff only change bedding and when asked to care are rude and unemotional to patient and family. Its easier to have a free bed after 4 days then to care and nurse people back to help. Another patient in need of motion therapy was left on his own as nurse had to fill in forms. Patient had no motivation and with that therapy was aborted after five minutes. In the four days i was there i spoke to three different doctors no one felt responsibility nor checked the documents properly. Im still shocked after now three years. Please avoid that hospital.
