An excellent location and well appointed hotel in Kolon. Clean well appointed rooms with a small mini-fridge for your drinks and snacks. Room had a unique design and were of a good size/space. A very lavish breakfast option in the morning. Walk to everything you want to see in thr city center or along the Rhine. Great views as well.

A good hotel if you enjoy having a sink in your bedroom instead of the bathroom, a glass wall that lets your roommate see everything you do in the bathroom, barely working AC, and ruined walls in the hallway. The only positive things were the varied breakfast options and good Wi-Fi. The hotel disappointed in many details, and I would 100% not stay here again.

It is a pleasant stay. The corner room is large with great view of the Cologne cathedral + bridges, which gives us a great way to feel relax. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is large to have proper bath without hassles. Breakfast is good and offers variety of dishes. It is fresh and clean. They offers fresh juices as well so the quality is high. Raddison VIP membership benefits honored as described in membership terms. Rated 5/5 in terms of a 4 stars hotel quality.

I recently spent two nights at your hotel, art'otel Cologne, Powered by Radisson Hotels, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out during our stay was the outstanding customer service. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but two individuals made a significant impact on our visit: your bartender, Ravi , and receptionist, Kyra. Ravi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was welcoming, polite, and maintained a spotless bar area. His cocktails were simply the best I've ever had, and his passion for his job was evident. He made our stay truly memorable, and I look forward to returning to the hotel in the future, partly for his drinks and exceptional service. Kyra was also fantastic. She was quick to assist us with any issues we encountered, such as navigating the hotel and local area, always greeting us with warmth and kindness. Her willingness to help made a significant difference during our stay. Overall, Ravi and Kyra greatly enhanced our experience, and I would love to return and see these remarkable team members again. P
