Super Service, tolle Näharbeit. Mein Wintermantel hatte ein Brandloch, das wurde schnell und fachgerecht repariert. Gerne wieder. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

I wouldn't recommend this tailor. I was there for a small alteration on a dress. The lady made part of the things we discussed as she forgot the rest. Once I tried the modified dress, I told her that it still doesn't fit perfectly and she replied that it is not her fault and that she did whatever we discussed. Not very customer friendly or helpful in any way. I will not go there again.

If you care about your clothes and your time, avoid this tailor. For one small blouse I had to go back 4 times over 3 weeks. First, she had 2 weeks to fix my blouse, but when I came to collect it, she had totally forgot about it, told me to come tomorrow. Next day I showed up, she told me she didn’t know how to fix my blouse, and asked me for my fabric preferences, then told me to return next week. The third time I showed up, she claimed I didn’t pay yet, until I showed her the ticket, and she said she needed to charge extra (which she should have specified the week before). I didn’t have enough cash, and she didn’t accept cards, she insisted on the extra charge even though she was late with the deadline, so I had to run to the ATM to get cash and come back a 4th time (already running late for my next appointment). My neighbour had a bad experience with her few months ago, where she did an unexpected fix to the sweater and was also late. I decided to try for myself anyway, but never again. She’s not a professional tailor, just a lady waiting to pass time in a shop collecting extra cash, and certainly does not care much about your clothes nor time.

Auf GARKEINEN Fall zu empfehlen! Extrem unverschämtes Personal, ewig lange Wartezeit und am Ende meine Bluse ohne Änderungen wieder mitgenommen. Ohne vorher Bescheid zu sagen dass es nicht klappt. Paar Tage vor der Wiesn. NIEMALS HINGEHEN!

Ich hatte nur eine Kleinigkeit zu machen - das Innenfutter meines Mantels war zerrissen. Die Damen vom Stecknadel-Team waren sehr freundlich, ich musste nur wenige Tage drauf warten. Das Futter ist wieder perfekt vernäht und noch dazu war es sehr preisgünstig (ich konnte es erst gar nicht glauben, dass es so billig ist...) Sehr empfehlenswert - eine einfache, bodenständige Schneiderei ohne großes pi pa po aber dafür zuverlässig und fair!
