⭐️ Very disappointing experience I had a really unpleasant experience with Zieren Apotheke Kreuzberg. I had ordered medication for my sick daughter and was on my way to pick it up. I contacted the pharmacy to ask what time they were closing and I was told 2:00 PM. I explained that my GPS showed I would arrive at 2:01 PM and politely asked whether they could possibly wait just one minute. I was told that my request would be passed on to the employees. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the pharmacy was already completely closed and I was unable to collect the medication my daughter needed. I understand that employees have working hours, but when a customer communicates in advance and is told that the request will be passed to the staff, I would expect at least some consideration in a situation like this. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled, especially because the medication was for my sick daughter. A much more helpful and customer-oriented approach would have made a big difference.

Outstanding herbal preparations with surprisingly good results. Service is very kind and attentive. Decor is also beautiful and agrees with old pharmacy tradition in which pharmacists are much more than sellers. A safe heaven when navigating German health system.

Lovely pharmacy. Also great decor. Very welcoming and friendly. Very patient with me and my A1 German. Absolutely lovely staff and great service. They had an English speaking staff member as well who helped me.

Absolutely unacceptable service. My package, which contained life-saving treatment, was not delivered even though I was home the whole day. I contacted customer service, took a note, and was told to call back the next day. When I did, I was passed between three different departments — and in the end, one of them just hung up on me. No one took responsibility, no one paid attention to the urgency of the situation, and I wasted over 2 hours on the phone with completely unprofessional staff. This level of service is beyond disappointing when people's health is at stake.

This is a rude and unhelpful pharmacy. I came with a Belgian prescription for an eye infection. The pharmacist told me that there is no such percentage of antibiotics in Germany, said that she cannot give me a medicine with higher percentage (which was the only option in Germany) and told me off. Next pharmacy I walked into, offered me right away the higher percentage as a solution, and there was no problem in accepting the prescription of my Belgian doctor. Why do you want me to walk around with an eye infection instead of doing your job as a pharmacist?
