They never gave me a cost estimate, then tried to charge 2900 euros for a root canal. They told me that “usually it’s 1900 but yours is difficult.” When I looked at the bill I was charged extra for things like “extra saliva.” I’ve never in my life heard I have excess saliva. This business has had bad reviews taken down from here (my last one was taken down, I got an email the business said it was “defamatory” and when I sent proof Google simply didn’t respond) so I wouldn’t trust these reviews. And if you don’t have statuary insurance I’d be very careful because of their lack of price transparency.

I went for a simple checkup and a consultation around the possibility of getting braces and a sleeping mouthguard. The appointment was very chaotic - I was led from room to room without explanation cause the staff didn’t speak english. Then I was offered a quote on a mouthguard. After about a week I got a phone call which I couldn’t take at the time and a simple email saying sleep mouthguard would cost 700-800 euros. I rejected it immediately as too high. However, couple days after that I got invoiced for the phone consultation that didn’t happen. Then 2 months later I got invoiced for a treatment plan which I also didn’t get (the previous communication was only that simple email stating a guesstimate price). All this additional cost was not at all communicated by the staff and at each point I was surprised by the invoices. 1) invoice for a phone consultation that didn’t happen 2) invoice for a treatment plan which was literally a 2 sentence email. Total treatment was ~60 euros for the initial visit. 12 eur for the phone consultation. And 32 eur for the treatment plan. None of these costs were communicated to me clearly and the whole experience felt like a scam. I sincerely

I've been living in Munich for 7 years, and this was the best dental experience I've had to date. The entire staff from reception to my check-up and cleaning, were the most warm and professional people, and they made the full experience so lovely and calm. Everything was clearly explained before anything was done, and they continuously made sure I was comfortable. The practice itself is also modern, clean, and welcoming.

I had a very positive experience at dental21. The staff are welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Asma Turki was particularly attentive and supportive. She provided clear and helpful advice, explained everything thoroughly, and treated me with great care. I truly appreciated her approach and the quality of care I received. I highly recommend this dental center to anyone looking for excellent service and professional dental care in Munich.

"I've had two fantastic experiences at this clinic recently. My first visit was for an emergency after breaking my front teeth. I was able to book an appointment very quickly with Dr. Felix , who was incredibly kind and professional. As someone who is usually afraid of the dentist, I really appreciated how he explained every step of the intervention as he was doing it. He managed to be both highly professional and very personable, which helped me gain a lot of confidence and feel comfortable throughout the process. I recently returned to the clinic to have two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Asma Turki , and she was equally fantastic. She was incredibly empathetic and professional; I didn't feel any pain or distress at all during the procedure. The entire process took only 20 minutes! I had no swelling or infection afterwards, and I was already back to eating solid food after just two days. I cannot recommend this clinic and these two doctors enough!"
