The idea behind the whole thing is good, but there should be more rules added. Like most reviews explain, you have to be very lucky to find an empty spot at the computers, with the consoles and racing rigs you need to have an insane amount of luck to see it empty. Back to the computers, the keyboard I had at my seat had a bit of input delay with a few keys only working sometimes. The headset quality was good, didn't try the mic. They should add a time rule of how long a person is allowed to play at each console/computer to give more people a chance to try. Like I mentioned, people who would like to try the consoles or racing rigs can wait hours and hours until that one person finally stands up. A bit unfortunate that they don't have these rules. There was also a rule when it comes to drinks inside the room xperion is in, and I got informed by staff drinks wasn't allowed. I think it's very fair since they don't want keyboard/setups to be ruined by drinks spilling. My issue was how staff was extremely firm with me regarding this issue but ignored every person sitting in front of the monitors drinking out of cans where spilling is more likely. A big daycare for Ukrainians and Russians, who change the language on the computers, shout loudly while playing, while also destroying the mice and keyboards, because they don't have their emotions under control. Cool idea but it unfortunately attracts the worst people in all of Berlin.

Amazing experience and has everything you want to play games but only some setups are not working to good and the keyboards have missing keys but apart from that it is a very nice experience

For a free to use place it is very good. Devices in some computer are died, especially microphones and headphones, but at the most of them everything is pretty well. However, there are two big faults. People who are playing there. A year ago, you can come here in the afternoon, and you probably could get a place. But what I see now is a nonsense. To play in area 18+, you HAVE to be at 9:55 standing in front of the door, in other way you will not take a place for a next few hours. (Recent example: I came in 10:07, and there were no places xD). If the argument before does not fit you, there is the second problem. People using this place. A lot of impolite and loud players. A the last one, my words is addressing now to an administration. In area 12+, I cannot play games which rating is above than 12+, I must go to the 18+ area. BUT meanwhile, some people, who wants to play Minecraft, or something else that they can play in area 12+, they are going to area 18+. One more time: they are taking a spot in area for adults and playing a game that they can play in area 12+, and nobody cares. Meanwhile, we cannot play our games in area 12+ and have to stay out of place because of people wh

Loved being there has steam etc your allowed I believe to install ur own games. How ever when trying to order drinks or food the QR code did not work. And the internet speed is okay but it almost took 1 hour to download overwatch
