Very professional event location, friendly personnel. They really know how to organise and plan the location as such is very beautiful and has a touch of a castle.

We were there for a Dumont Verlag Event, presentation of a recipe book. We paid for a 'gourmet event' with 7 courses. The service personnel could not explain what they were serving, no coaching. And they seem to have forgotten us for the main osso bucco course. When I went to the kitchen to ask for our meal, the message was 'too bad, perhaps someone else had extra portions.' This is far from professional behaviour. We left hungry(5 persons) , especially since some in our party were not interested in the pesto-salmon or tataki (both painfully uninspired, could have been from Aldi). In any case we were not served what we paid for, and the answer from the kitchen just made matters worse. The wines from Kölner Weinkeller were good, appropriate, and their service was excellent.

I finally had the opportunity to see it in a Christmas atmosphere and I was not disappointed - the effect was stunning🌲✨️
