I bought a prescription pair of glasses and a non-prescription pair of sunglasses here. Pros: I really liked the designs and variety, which also seemed qualitatively better than Ace & Tate. I visited this shop three times and each time was able to speak with a salesperson relatively quickly, which is also more than I can say for their competitor, Ace & Tate. The 5 or so salespeople I interacted with were generally knowledgeable, though 1-2 seemed relatively new and impatient. Cons: Maybe it was my misunderstanding, but it seemed like the message was that I had to choose from the available frames they had in the store, otherwise it would cost €50 extra to order a frame they sold but didn't have in stock. This was my only real complaint though

Well-designed frames for every kind of faces, very nice and quick service provided by Robin, Max and the rest of the team. I've appreciated the fact that they give valuable advices and don't push for sales, i.e. they're driven by the satisfaction of their guests and customers.

Had a good experience at VIU. The eye test was really thorough and explained very clearly. Also had really helpful input into selecting and fitting a pair of frames. Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend!
