Very unpolite and rude seller. Also false prices on display. Unpleasant experience! Never again.

I ordered wine from this store in December 2023, but they misspelled my name and failed to include the room number on the delivery label. As a result, the package never reached me. Initially, they did assist in trying to resolve the issue with the delivery company, DPD. However, after three months of back and forth, they ultimately refused to take responsibility. This delay caused me to miss the opportunity to file a refund through my bank, resulting in the loss of my money. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability.

I have been here many times and they often have wine tasting evenings as well as an online shop with a wide selection. They have a lot of decent priced wines from Italy, France, Germany and a few other European countries. They have a small selection of premium Bordeaux and Burgundy wines as well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are also on point for most of their selection. You can get a few liqueurs and spirits here too. It’s close and convenient for me and I drop in here from time to time to pick up some French wines.

Very nice place with a wide selection of wine and spirits. I bought a French bottle following advice from the salesperson. The wine was delicious, many thanks !

Without a doubt the best wine import in Munich!
