From the moment we communicated with Andreas (store Manager) in order to schedule an appointment to build our own, personalized pocket knife, I felt we would get a good souvenir. The whole family was well taken care of and Andreas was excellent at explaining the various options. Thank you so much for ensuring our kids and ourselves get a wonderful souvenir from Köln/Germany. Awesome store with excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible store. We came in just to ask how much it would cost to replace a few parts in our old knives that we had bought before. To our surprise, almost everything was done for free. And for the few things we did pay for, we were charged only a fraction of the expected price. The service was beyond outstanding, really. This experience genuinely restored our faith in customer service. Easy 10/10. Honestly, even 15/5. Highly recommended.

Today, we popped into the church in Cologne and then found ourselves at Victorinox! We didn’t plan to buy anything, but Luis Max, our shopping buddy, led us to two knives and a couple of portable knives. Plus, when I heard Luis could carve on the knife surface, I was thrilled to pick out some lettering. During the engraving, he accidentally spelled the wrong words and broke two knives. Instead of getting upset, Luis patiently re-carved it—totally free of charge! This really touched our hearts. The other engraver was not only super skilled but also hilarious and fun. The whole shopping experience made us so happy. If you ever get the chance to visit Cologne, definitely come and shop at Victorinox!

We were thoroughly satisfied with our shopping experience here. Luis Marx provided exceptional assistance throughout the process, from providing explanations to engraving. Although I inadvertently misspelled my name, he ensured that it was corrected. When my husband witnessed me engraving my name on the knife, he also selected 2 smaller knife and engraved his name. We are confident that we will return to this establishment for future purchases. We extend our sincere gratitude for your hospitality, Luis.
