idk who’s rating this hospital so poorly, it’s beautiful, free and hot tea and coffee and glass bottles of sparking water for guests in the waiting room, competent and friendly surgeons, and beautiful buildings and a balcony for waiting. all of their estimates for timing were like 6 hours off for surgeries but it’s a triage hospital for accidents so it’s basically impossible to give good estimates. thank you for taking care of my friend!

One star because 0 is impossible. My husband waited with high pain without any pain medication!!? How is this possible? One could become literally paralysed here waiting to get looked at! Not to mention that after 8h nobody knows anything about his condition!! the nurses don’t care that after 8h you need to go to the toilet and need help, just wait until you wet the bed?! How can so many be so inhumane?Truly awful, the building must be full with the suffering of so many people! I am deeply disturbed and concerned for the other pacients

I had a small ambulant OP and it was the best hospital experience of my life. Staff were really friendly and made me feel safe and taken care of. Everything was communicated well. The wait times were quite long as they are everywhere, but the wait rooms were quiet and calm, no screaming children or alcoholics or other nuisances. Compared to Vivantes or Charité this felt like a spa day.

I had a great experience at this hospital! It was impressively clean, and the staff was super friendly and professional. It was evident that everyone knew exactly what they were doing, which made me feel reassured and well taken care of. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful garden surrounding the hospital, adorned with lush green tall trees. The serene ambiance and natural surroundings contributed positively to my healing process. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the dedicated individuals working here, who played a crucial role in making my stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of excellent medical care and a warm, welcoming environment. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with my experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hospital again if needed. Thank you to everyone involved for providing exceptional care and making my time here truly remarkable!

English speaking, very friendly, and competent staff at the emergency room. I had a reasonable wait of shy 3 hours, taking in consideration that it was Sunday and that I needed to see a specialist. I thought I'd have to wait longer as other hospitals in Berlin suggested that 6+ hour wait would be expected for the same issue. Will come back to UKB if I need emergency care again. Update: I had to come back to get my thumb stitched after cutting it while gardening, and again super happy with my experience. In and out in 2 1/2 hours. WeShare parking zone in the garage is convenient. Doctor spoke English and was super friendly. Only thing was the nurse that gave me the tetanus shot injected it with such speed and force that my arm developed a golf ball sized bruised bump for a whole week after. ⛳
