So viel Einsatz erlebt man selten!

In Feb. we moved within Munich with this company. In advance everything seemed to be smooth sailing. On the day of the move the movers were on time and ready to work. However, 2 from the 3 were absolutely unfriendly and rude. It was clear from the beginning and also discussed in advance that the closets and bed would have to be dismantled to be moved. I can understand, not wanting to dismantle the closets, but they clearly would not fit through the doors otherwise. This led to quite a discussion. In the end the closets of course were dismantled with very disgruntled comments and large scratches in our floor and ceiling both in our old apartment and in our new apartment. Our carpets were completely ruined through the staff. Our objects were handled with little care. I simply had to go for a walk because I could not watch how they were throwing things about. Luckily we really only had few damages to the things that wee moved. There were many things that just simply went wrong. But the worst part is, I was told to call on Monday and discuss with the head of the department about the damages and also about moving the rest of our objects that did not fit in the truck. After calling multi

I have been moving quite a lot recently and must say that this was one of the most professional one! Very careful with my stuff, left everything clean and were well prepared up to felt stops for the furniture. Great job!

I have used their service for an international move (1300km). The move was very well executed, the packing/loading/unloading went smoothly and the movers were very helpful. I would have rated it 5 stars had I been able to to get a receipt. I called, emailed, called again for months and to this day I have no explanation why some of the expenses billed at arrival were unexpected. This is disappointing as the move itself went fine. Update: I finally received the return, it was partially late, partially misplaced but finally found and sent so I'll update my rating!

I am quite happy with this moving company, when we had more things to trash than initially agreed, they were very flexible and accommodated this easily. The whole move was executed quite well. However, some smaller damages happened that would have been avoidable: A textile chair received a small stain and a wall in our new apartment received a small scratch. Nothing serious.

Excellent service, items were packed and un packed very well. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Pricing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
