Trek & Diamant Fürth - Bikes, Service, Zubehör

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful staff (also English-speaking). Shops that know how to deal with road bikes are somewhat hard to find in the Nürnberg area, so this was a great discovery, worth the trip to Poppenreuth. Maybe not the cheapest place around, but they were very transparent regarding service costs, and of course you get what you pay for.

Would highly recommend to NOT deal with there mechanics staff, I have dealt with alot of bike shops mechanics over the years and these people were the most imcompetent I have ever dealt with, up to the last min of me picking up my bike from these guys I was finding that they were trying to charge me for things that where unnecessary.

My first visit to the store and WOW, I was like a kid in a candy store. My daughter had to remind me we were there for her new bike. Trek is a known brand, good brand and reasonably priced. The entire experience of exploring our options, talking to the lovely staff was just brilliant. They werent trying to sell me a bike but understood what we were thinking and what would be good. Extremely friendly and I think businesses in this region could use you as an example of fantastic customer service. We decided on 20 inch Precaliber with 7 speed Gripshift in a gorgeous Red. Thanks guys and see you soon.

I have visited the Trek Store now several times and and had always an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect bike. The store is well-organized with a great selection of Trek bikes. They provided a personalized service and ensured my bike was perfectly fitted. Overall, the great customer service and the welcoming atmosphere combined with professional consulting makes this store highly recommended!
