⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Titanic Chaussee Berlin from Monday to Thursday and would happily stay here again. Getting to the hotel from Berlin Brandenburg Airport was incredibly easy. We took the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, and the U-Bahn station near the Natural History Museum is just a short walk from the hotel, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was much appreciated after travelling. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Everywhere was spotless, beautifully presented, and had a luxurious feel. Walking into the impressive lobby after a long day of sightseeing was always a pleasure. We stayed in a standard room on the third floor, and it was immaculate. The room had everything we needed, including plenty of wardrobe space, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a desk, and a large smart TV. The en-suite bathroom was excellent, with a spacious shower. Our room overlooked the rooftop in the centre of the building, so the view wasn't anything special, but we chose this hotel for its fantastic location rather than

An amazing experience, every department within the hotel run's as smooth as silk. Special mention to all staff members drop the top position to to the lowest were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms we excellent and clean, the breakfast area again brilliant. The bar area staff were friendly and again run very well and with a well stocked with beer and spirits. Lastly front Reception, again the staff were very helpful, freindly. Titanic Chaussee you were brilliant.

The check-in process was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. As the hotel is understandably popular, there can be a bit of a wait at busy times, but the service more than makes up for it. The rooms were superb. They were spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a genuine sense of luxury. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring Berlin. A special mention must go to the shower, quite simply the best hotel shower I have ever experienced. Powerful, spacious, and exactly what you want after a long day. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is situated close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, making it incredibly easy to access virtually anywhere in the city. The Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station is directly opposite the hotel entrance, which makes getting around even more convenient. Breakfast was outstanding. The dining room is large and well laid out, and the selection on offer was extensive. Beautiful hotel close to transport links and accessible by car. Room was nice, with comfortable beds and spacious. This hotel has an excellent gym! The classes were amazing. Downside I booked this hotel as it was close to an event I flew in for, I intended to use the gym, spa and for my daughter to use the pool. First Lady at the gym/spa desk said this was fine but a gentleman who was on the desk when I returned stated we would have to pay €20 for spa access to be allowed in the swimming pool. I have never heard of this most hotels allow use of the pool as a guest. He then informed me that it was a German spa and we would not be allowed to use the sauna or steam room with a bath suit, I asked if it was possible to use a towel instead and he said I could put a towel on the bench but culturally you are expected to be naked, no bathing suits allowed. For this reason to be respectful we decided to forgo the spa and swimming pool. I was almost charged twice upon check in as I had prepaid. Fortunately, I had the bank transaction and I was eventually issued key cards. They were apologetic and overall service during our stay was good.
