Good place to party, depending on the type of event you're going to, the atmosphere could be. I give 4 stars because the event i went to supposed to start at 9 and we end up getting inside almost at 11!! I didn't like that the staff wasn't honest about it and simply didn't let us in, as far as I know, it was because the Artist didn't arrived at 9. There was a lot of miscommunication. The bar gets very full, luckily there are 2. The toilets are okay, clean at the beginning as in any party place. The dance floor is big and there is also place to sit and take a little rest.

We bought tickets for This bad bunny event which is organised by TicketTailor. At the door the bouncers were super unfriendly and just didn’t want to let us in without saying anything (super impolite) then the manager came and asked us to pay 150€ to get us in although we have tickets. Till today I didn’t receive my money for the tickets although I have sent them too many emails. Worst club and worst events organisation who just want to use people and steal their money.

I’ am writing regarding an unpleasant experience at your club, The Cloud Berlin, on April 10th. We arrived at the venue expecting to enter, but were turned away at the door due to not having tickets. However, it was not clearly communicated in advance that entry was only possible with a pre-purchased ticket, especially considering that many Berlin clubs عادة allow entry at the door. This situation was disappointing and left us with a very negative impression of your customer service. As visitors who traveled to another city and planned our evening around your venue, we expected clear and transparent information regarding entry requirements. We kindly ask for clarification on the following: • Was this an exceptional event where entry was strictly ticket-only? • Why was this information not clearly communicated in advance? • Is this a standard practice at your club? We hope you take this feedback into account and improve communication in the future to avoid similar situations.

Security will escort you out without explanation, even if you’re just chatting quietly with friends (without even speaking loudly). If you try to find out why you were escorted out, they won’t answer you. And if a friend asks why you were escorted out, they’ll escort him out right after you—JUST LIKE THAT

I attended Neon Holi Club Night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was a group of Indian 4–5 people who behaved very disrespectfully with us and there was a turkish women was also part of it. They were loud, aggressive in their communication, and made several people around them uncomfortable. The situation felt unsafe at times, and it seemed like there was little intervention to manage the behavior. Events like this should ensure a respectful and secure environment for everyone attending. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend this event unless the organizers improve crowd management and enforce respectful behavior among attendees.
