Large, well furnished, comfortable. Thoughtfully equipped with plenty of extra kitchen equipment. Full sized refrigerator and freezer. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Easy and fast WiFi. Great for families with games, video consoles. Parking was easy with the apartment granting us to use one of their two larger spaces. Check in and check out instructions were wonderful and clear. The automated check in affords plenty of space to park a vehicle by the box while retrieving your keys. Overall, almost too nice as it was difficult to want to leave.

I stayed at Svyvo for four days, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. The room is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Ehrenfeld-Venloerstraße station, where you can catch the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram, and buses to easily explore the entire city, and even other cities like Aachen. Be sure to check out the Ehrenfeld neighbourhood—it has a unique and vibrant vibe worth experiencing. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped with plenty of amenities, down to the smallest details. There were coffee capsules, cooking seasonings, a Netflix subscription, a shoehorn, an umbrella, and everything else you might need for a short stay. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the washing machine didn’t double as a dryer, which was a bit inconvenient. But honestly, that was just a minor issue in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. If I return to Köln, I’ll definitely book Svyvo again!

We recently stayed at this beautiful place while attending a wedding in Cologne. From the moment we booked this apartment on Airbnb to the moment when we checked in and checked out, the hosts were very responsive and supportive. The apartment is very beautiful, decorated very nicely and is modern. I loved the loft style open space. We did not have enough time to enjoy the beautiful space for longer. The check-in is done through mailbox, everything you need is right in the apartment. I highly recommend this!
