Had a really good pickup experience from here, regarding readiness of the car and helpful staff. However the way to the car lot from the branch is a rabbit warren, difficult to pickup. Worse was the drop off as it was late at night. Several cars were parked across two spaces so there were no Sixt spaces left for me to park my car in. Thankfully the car groomer was helped me by telling me I could leave the car anywhere. I wasn’t super happy with this as it’s unclear if I would be charged by doing this. I was also annoyed as the groomer said I could not leave the car in the 5 Sixt parks which were empty by the car grooming area. This didn’t make sense to me as Sixt is Sixt. If it was in their way, surely they could just move it? Finally you have to use a very small key drop box which is partially obscured by the key pickup safe. Just found it a weird experience that there was staff there, but they weren’t there to help with pickup and drop off. It wasn’t the worst but it is a bit confusing if you haven’t used their system before, and it took longer than it needed to.

Не рекомендую данную станцию Sixt. Автомобиль был возвращён с полным баком, однако с меня всё равно списали 36,61 € за заправку. Кроме того, сотрудники указали повреждение, которое уже присутствовало на автомобиле до начала аренды, как повреждение, якобы сделанное мной. К счастью, автомобиль был полностью застрахован, а у меня сохранилось видео, снятое перед выездом со станции, где это повреждение уже видно. Рекомендую всем клиентам обязательно фиксировать состояние автомобиля на видео и фото перед началом аренды. Если вопрос с некорректным списанием не будет решён, я буду вынужден обратиться в службу защиты прав потребителей и платёжную систему для оспаривания транзакции.

An extremely unpleasant rental experience. When I returned the car, the employee refused to inspect it, citing being busy. I returned the car and left. After some time, they demanded compensation of €1,900 for damage that didn't happen and that we didn't cause. I paid basic insurance (covering damage, scratches, dents, and other damage). SIXT customer service doesn't respond to emails explaining the situation. I consider this an outright scam. Please look into this: Reservation 9607234263. 1. The car’s fuel tank was not full at the start (but I had to fill it up completely at the end). 2. The car is only booked for one hour unless you make the full payment upfront, and there is no clear information about this in the app.

The Sixt drop off is to the right across from the address of the building. Turn into the garage and the Sixt lane is center (3) lane. Look for the small orange Sixt sticker on the sign.
