The service was excellent, the girl was very attentive and helpful when I needed some details that were missing from my reservation. She was kind and very pleasant.

Two branches in Wurtzburg that I visited were not good experiences, with some highlights with a few very good and professional staff members. Manager of the Nurnbergstrasse branch should be fired this moment, agressive and bellow every standard of approach to the client etc. The Schweinfurt Hbf branch is my choice from now on ! It is out of my way and far from my work and home but deserve all the business I will bring to them just out of the principals, above and beyond in their approach, problem solvers not making any excusess and will get all my future business just for them. Call center of Sixt is a joke, only one good experience with them from 20 times I called, only one resulted with satisfaction for me and them both, sad and funny in the same time. Five stars for Schweinfurt branch and zero stars for two Wurtzburg branches !!!!! With Best regards and Respect !!!!! M.

I've rented from this location a couple of times and I've been pleased with the service. The office is a bit small, but well located next to the train station. The cars I've rented are very nice and I've always been upgraded despite only having just signed up with their loyalty program. The attendants are well spoken and willing to answer any questions.
