I would like to say thank you to Dura and Louis first. They were just so helpful and nice, they helped me with my car downgraded problem from the City center branch and offered me an upgrade as apologize on behalf and also complimentary as a Diamond status membership. They were just so helpful and offered me one of the best possible solution that in their capacity, I felt so heartwarming

Good location, easy to rent, easy to park, very friendly staff. The car (Tesla Model 3) was very new, clean, great performance, easy to recharge. It was a pleasure to travel with this car.

Well what a night we arrived at Nuremberg late. We’d booked the travel there already and looked at hotels earlier. Turns out it’s the faire this week and all hotels were full or 400+ euros. So we got to Nuremberg and all hotels were really full. We had booked a rental car for 2am at the 24 hour Sixt Rentals. We took a 30 Euro taxi there and the office was locked. We called and a guy turned up quite quickly. He said they only have the Audi Q5 in 3 liter and not the 2 liter I booked. He had emailed me. I said we have no phone plan. Extra 80euros. I said I booked a Q5 no details of engine. He said 80 euros. I said we will take a lesser car. No cars. Car park is full of cars. Other customers. Bec said we will take the Q5 for a day and change it. Nope. I asked for a number to call. Nope. Finally gave me a number. I asked to use phone. Nope. I finally after 1.5 hours said we will take the car and pay the extra. He asked us to leave and called the police. It was -3c outside. 20 minutes later police arrived and said I understand your problem but he has asked you to leave. It’s 3am and -3c where will we go. Hotels are full and we are on the outskirts of Nuremberg. The police called us a

Really good experience. The only company where I didn't have problems yet. And this office was particularly friendly and helpful. Rented an a6, as they did not have it and I needed a long car they offered me to drive an audi a4 to another station and then pick up the a6. The return even though it was a little bit late because the Autobahn was completely stucked they did not say anything. And the car was returned quickly without issues. The car was clean, new and really well equipped. Priced higher than concurrency but as long the service is that good is worth it. I,ll come back to the office for future rentals.
