I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot. If you just want a normal car for a day maybe it’s fine. But anything else than that, there’s no way they can make it a safe trip for you. Since not every car on the website allows a towbar/tow hitch, we specifically chose the car that allows this option for an additional price. And here’s the important coming up: When we arrive at the store, the woman is talking on the phone for 10 mins with her friend completely ignoring us. When we move forward to her, she then hang up. We told her we booked a car with the towbar and she looked at us as if we are fools frowning while saying “what do you mean? What towbar?”, we explained to her we booked specifically needing this and it’s important to us. She said that the car we booked does not have the option which really made us uncomfortable. I told her your website showed this option and we paid for it already, but she just replied without even saying sorry, saying “there’s no need to discuss it we do not have one”. When we got mad and said it is their responsibility to carefully go through the booking, she end up carefully searching and said there is a car (wow). HOWEVER, when we got

The Lady didnt have the Car that I booked and she wanted me to pay Extra for another Car. I refuse ro pay extra, she noticed that she couldn't cheat on me, and she told me that she had another Car but I must wait 20min for cleaning. I said Ok. On the Return: - They charged me an extra Rental Day - They charged me more than my Online Price(which was written) I had to waste my time and complaint to the customer service, and surprise, Taxes are not included in the Apps, that's a Hidden charge which comes in the last Invoice nvoice

Super super friendly lady worked at the main desk. I had an accident and had to run late for my reservation. She was on the way out when i came in and helped me a lot. I can only say thank you once again. Can recommend whole heartedly. 10/10

Bad experience at all, when I rent the van I could not leave the garage because they gave me a not valid ticket, and there was no one there to help me, I had to wait almost 1 hour. After I returned the car, they said everything was ok, that I would received the bill by email, I asked for a printed copy but they said they had no printer. On the other day they tried to charge me 1400 euros, saying that I returned the car late, but I returned the car at the exact return time. I contacted Sixt, so far no solution, and again they tried to charge 400 euros for one day delivery delay, that didn’t happen. I use to rent cars often, in many countries, and this never happened before, even Sixt in the us, I rent a car for almost 6 months, without any problem, Sixt in Germany never more, I recommend enterprise, much better experience and no crazy bills to stole your money.
