Staff was very accommodating. The car was not ready yet but we were arrived early for our renting time so the guy asked us if we wanted something to drink. We did not have difficult convo because they were able to communicate with us in English. The car was nice and clean car. Very spacious and suitable for large families with children. Thanks for the experience with you 😊

I had an excellent experience with SIXT, thanks to Mr. Emrah K. I was facing a problem with my rental car, and he was extremely helpful, professional, and cooperative from the beginning. He listened carefully, handled the situation efficiently, and did everything possible to solve my problem and make the experience easier for me. Our experience with this car rental company during our Germany trip was extremely stressful and disappointing. On Day 1, after driving for 2 hours, our tyre suddenly burst when we were only 20 minutes away from Königssee. We had to wait around 1 hour for car towing. The broken car was taken by towed truck. We ended up taking a 40-minute bus instead, which forced us to cancel several planned stops that were only accessible by car. We understood accidents can happen, so we tried to stay patient. However, the situation on Day 2 was much worse. After going to another branch to collect a replacement car, we had already driven 1 hour out of the city and were on the way to Neuschwanstein Castle when a staff member suddenly contacted us. The staff member had forgotten to properly authorise the credit card while we were still at the branch. Because of this internal mistake, we were told to immediately drive 1 hour back to the office to solve the issue ourselves. He repeatedly insisted this was “the only solution”, despite the fact that we were already in the middle of our journey with pre-booked tickets and travel plans. The worst experience I ever had, thanks to this SIXT station! I rent a "upper middle class" electronic car Cupra Tavascan. This catogrie includes also Volvo XC40, Ford Mustang Mach-E etc. But the staff only gives me a Citroen C3 Aircross. The purchasing price of the citroen model according to google is only half as much as the one I should have got. Its max. travel range without charging is reduced also half to 200km. What worse is that the battery stand at pickup is only 80%. This has disruptted my traveling plan completely. I went back to front desk and requested to change the car. The staff refused. He explained that these two cars are in the same catogory for SIXT and 80% equals to Full according to SIXT rule. I stated clearly I am not satisified with his statements, if he did not change my car, I will complain afterwards. And he insisted his decision. So, I have submitted my complain to my rental company and leave the comments here. "Well" trained staff with his "excellent" job in disappointing customers!

Rental number - 9607086716 Fyi , we rented recently rented with them and without our knowledge they charged us with aluminum alloy tyre damage at 615 euro . We took picture already as proof during handover of car initially and when we compared the damage after and before it was same as present already . However when i provided proof with picture they did not accept my proof and charged us this much huge amount. I am extremely disappointed …. I am ready to argue with you guys if you think you can prove me wrong . But i know i am 100% correct and this is not good how you treat customers and definitely if this is how it is i wont rent again Edit on 14/01/2026 —- i write to email provided and its been 5 days there has been no reply given to my complaint
