Definitely worth 5 star. Very friendly staff both at pick up and return. Also great professional manner trying to resolve an issue after drop off of the vehicle. Evilina is the branch manager and a great professional. Highly recommend the Sixt branch of München Giesing.

The best Sixt branch in Munich ! I have booked several times with them and I will do again. Specially the branch manager and an employee named Konstantin are amazing super helpful and they will make you understand all the details about your rental. In my case most of the times I rented with them they upgraded my car choice (upon availability) and I was super pleased with both the check in and drop in procedure. This time even though I made a mistake on my returning the car the branch manager was there to help me solve it ! Thank you so much if I could give more starts I would.

Very friendly, staff, helpful and courteous. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and will suit my purpose while I’m here in Munich. I had a little bit of problem with the tire pressure, but I drove the car back and the staff immediately took care of the problem and offered some coffee. Thank you so much for all your help.😊
