Great experience - easy collection, 24hr return. We hired a Lucid Air and was pleasantly surprised to see it was the car we ended up with!

We rented a BMW X5 from this Sixt branch for more than 15 days and can highly recommend this location. The branch is very convenient, right in the center of Munich, and the service fully matched the excellent reviews and ratings we had read before. Special thanks to Jemail and Anastasija — both were very professional, efficient, and polite. They handled everything quickly, flexibly, and helped us get exactly the car we needed. Highly recommend this branch if you are renting a car in Munich!

Annalena was very quick during the checkin process. As a Sixt Platinum, I saw on screen that I'm automatically upgraded. From Tiguan to XC60, as I had booked SUV. Car was fairly new, as is always the case with Sixt. I'm happy so far, this was my 6th rental from them in the last 15 months.

First time renting from Sixt. Shout out to Daniel who served me at this location two weeks ago. When he told me that the car that I had requested (a BMW X5) was not available, I thought to myself, "So what's new from a car rental company?" Actually I got an upgrade to a Volvo VC90 hybrid. He explained the rental terms to me clearly and gave me time to check the interiors and exterior of the car (always take pictures or videos as a record). I'm no car expert hence I don't know if the Volvo is indeed an upgrade over an X5, but it was a new car (only 1300 km on the clock) and the interior was roomy and felt luxurious. And with the third row folded down there was space for all my luggage (who knew there were so many outlet malls on my route). There were Google Maps, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto installed too. Although I am well-trained in cramped Asian carparks, a Sixt staffer kindly helped me to drive the car through the narrow passage that connects the rear courtyard where the cars are parked, out onto the street. I self-returned the car in Frankfurt city centre at the Parkhaus am Gericht location. Very smooth and hassle-free.

Premium service, very kind and helpful employee (didn't get her name) to mention and thank her for the awesome free premium upgrade. Good service that's what I've always expected from SIXT
