Very first time here but the Verkäufer was so good talking and the sofa quality was the same like what we wanted to buy. So we order our sofa here.

Our experience with Seats and Sofa have been positive. It was a bonus that they had staff that spoke English. It made it much easier for us to shop. Very nice sales person that was very patient with us, while we made our decision. We purchased on a day that was busy and we wanted the couch to be delivered on the same day. They have someone who delivers. He was very busy but assured us that we could get our couch that same night. They got it delivered that same day!

First impression : super positive; very attentive staff. They offer you drinks. But the worst part was yet to start. We ordered a sofa-bed of a specific color and chose self pick up because their pick up costs an extra 100€! Firstly that's insane for a 800€ sofa bed. And we live only 2.5 kms away from the store. I would expect for a free delivery at this distance and our purchase price. We picked the sofa a week later, took it home , opened it and found that it was the wrong colour! We already told the staff before finalising our purchase that we have a very tight time line- we were travelling outside of Europe in 2 weeks, coming back with guests for whom we need the sofa bed. So if they can not deliver us within this time, they could just tell us NO. But they assured us that the sofa will arrive on time. After we received the wrong sofa bed (87kg weight FYI) , we sent them an email, called them , visited them in person and arranged that they will deliver us the right colour and pick up the wrong piece. They could not confirm me a time for 3 days and told me it could be anytime until 7:30PM so I did Home office- still no delivery. Then the 4th day I just could no longer do HO , so
