I ordered a sofa from Seat and Sofas Munich on 09.05.2026. The contract clearly stated a delivery window of 6-8 weeks. Since then: We were told delivery would now take 9-12 weeks instead. When we followed up again, we were simply told they have "no update" on when the sofa will arrive. After my first review, I was asked to contact customer care via email — I did so immediately, and have received zero response since. It has now been 12 weeks since I placed the order and made full payment, and I still have no delivery date and no communication from the company. This is unacceptable. Customers should never have to repeatedly chase a company for basic information about an order they've already paid for in full. Taking full payment and then leaving customers in the dark — with no updates, no timeline, and no response to direct inquiries — is a serious failure of customer service. I cannot recommend Seat and Sofas Munich. If you're considering ordering from them, be prepared for missed timelines and unresponsive support. Also about the Google Review: pls don't be scammed by seeing the 5 Star- because when you purchase the product from their store, they will ask you to rate them 5 to get

Michelle, the store manager, was so kind, helpful and flexible in helping us to find our dream sofa. All of the other staff at the store were incredibly attentive as well. We left very happy with a new olive green couch. It was great, because we got the option for it to be made in 1 or 2 pieces, to give us the flexibility to get it up our narrow staircase. Would highly recommend a visit here if you’re in need of a new sofa. Thank you again Michelle!

Although we just bought it and haven't received the sofa yet to give an opinion on the sofa, the service experience was excellent! We were treated by a saleswoman named Endrita, who was very, very nice and made an effort to find solutions for us within the budget constraints. Thank you

I had a really wonderful experience at this place. Even though my German is broken the associate was so helpful. He was able to communicate and help me with all my wants and needs for a new couch. He continually looked into what I needed and he answered any and all questions I had an understood my concerns and budget. They work really well with you and are extremely friendly. The associate that helped me today was Albin and I will definitely be back when I need something
