Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung bei Salamander in Regensburg. Ich habe dort Sneaker gekauft und erst nach kurzem Tragen gemerkt, dass sie überhaupt nicht passen und starke Schmerzen verursachen. Obwohl die Schuhe nur minimal getragen wurden und ich mit Kassenbon zurückkam, wurde mir jede Lösung abgelehnt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit mir als Kunde. Es wurde keinerlei Kulanz angeboten, nicht einmal ein Gutschein oder Umtausch gegen ein anderes Modell. Für ein Fachgeschäft hätte ich deutlich mehr Kundenservice erwartet. Werde dort wahrscheinlich nicht mehr einkaufen.

I'm leaving this review after multiple attempts of correcting this problem. I live in America I purchased 2 sets of boots for my wife on October 10 2025 while visiting Germany. I usually travel here once a year for work and have purchased multiple shoes/boots for my family in the past. This time was no different. This time I purchased 2 pairs of French style boots(Laura Vita). On the rack is only 1 boot, so i had to give the attendant the boots so they could go and get the opposite side in the back of the store shelves. When the attendant return with the 2 boxes, boots packed in the boxes, I paid and left. I flew home the next morning back to America. Here's where the problem starts. As soon as I got home to show my wife what i had purchased, we were amazed the wrong boot was pulled from the back shelf. 1 pair was correct and 1 pair was incorrect. I called the store immediately and was promised they would make it right. The immediate solution was to come back in the store they said. I explained this wasn't possible and I live in America. They said no worries, send them an email with pictures of receipt and boots and the mistake and they would make things right. All of this was sen

- Bitte Service dringend nachbessern - Rückgabe von Schuhen sollte immer schnell und problemlos möglich sein! Wollte Schuhe zurück geben. Natürlich als allererstes bevor ich meine Erledigungen in der Stadt mache. Das ging nicht....?!?! Weil die Mitarbeiterin noch kein Bargeld hatte und die Schuhe die ich mit Karte bezahlt habe, aber trotzdem nur in bar ausgezahlt werden können. Ich sollte nachmittags wieder kommen... Und die Schuhe kann ich jetzt den ganzen Tag durch die Stadt mit schleppen oder wie? Die Mitarbeiterin meinte auch das es das Problem öfter gibt und es auch schon an die Vorgesetzten weitergeleitet wurde. Die sehen anscheinend keinen Grund ihre Technik nachzubessern. Braucht man sich nicht wundern wenn Leute auf online käufe setzen, wenn man im Laden nur 8 Tage Zeit hat zur Rückgabe und dann auch noch mehrmals persönlich vorbei kommen muss, damit es dann auch klappt.

If I could give 0 star, I would. I bought a pair of shoes mid July, which I paid by credit card. They just had implemented a new cashier system and the girl made a mistake by selecting the type of payment. She typed cash, so they asked me to repay in cash. I told them no way, I had been debited by card and I showed them the proof on my phone. The ticket even came out on the card machine but it was still not enough for them. My mom works in the same business so we tried to explain to them that they will have a difference between their card payments and their cash payments at the end of the day, and they can just balance that. They all seemed clueless and the manager was particularly agressive. Note that we speak German, so it was not a langage issue. After LONG discussions, we agreed to leave my phone number and she would send me a message in the evening if really there was an issue. Of course, at 7pm, the manager told me that cash was missing but she could absolutely not prove that they had extra money on their card payments. She became extremely agressive and said I should come pay in cash asap. Because I am honest, and because a credit card payment can take up to 5 days to be col
