We rented two motorcycles at Riller & Schnauck and it’s rare to find a group of people so customer-oriented and passionate about motorcycles. We really felt welcomed, and the team genuinely wanted us to have a fun weekend on two wheels. I won’t go into all the details, but they stayed flexible throughout, for example, when we needed the motorcycles for longer than originally planned, when we needed gear for a pillion who joined us spontaneously, and in a few other situations. Very friendly staff, easy communication (in English too!). Nice bikes, almost new, with plenty of extras. Thanks for making our trip so smooth and wonderful!

Difficult to reach the service via phone. I've rented a motorcycle for a whole week and could not reach any of them when I have questions. You could have a frustrating and unpleasant experience as a non-German-speaking customer. There are not many staff available in the English service. Some of the staff showed a hostile attitude towards offering English service. They do not even try to communicate, and just shut down the conversation with an derisive attitude because I could not speak German. But some of the staff were nice and friendly. Technical service is good, though.

I’ve been bringing my BMW R1250 GS Adventure to Riller & Schnauck Berlin-Steglitz for service for a while now, and every single time the experience has been top-notch. The team is incredibly professional, and the service is always done quickly, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. A special shoutout to Sarah from customer service – she went above and beyond to help me arrange a test ride of the BMW R18 Roctane, and the whole process was smooth, friendly, and hassle-free. You can really tell she cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines technical expertise with such great personal service. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality and professionalism – whether you’re getting a service or looking to buying your next dream bike!

Fast and competent service at Riller & Schnauck! I had a problem and needed urgent help. Domenic immediately took care of solving the problem quickly, friendly and competently. The service was flawless, I felt well looked after. Absolutely recommended!

The only place I could find that will rent motorbikes to foreigners who don't have a German drivers license (I have an American M1). They were very friendly and professional, and helped me rent a BMW F800R for a 3 day trip to Nuremberg and back. They provided insurance, helmets, and luggage cases, but you'll have to bring your own safety gear like gloves and jacket. I highly recommend working with Frank and his colleagues if you are visiting Berlin and want to rent a motorbike to enjoy the beautiful countryside and autobahn experience!
