Amazing food, great service. Very flexible with tasting menu allowing us to swap some dishes based on our preference. Also let us try the non-alcoholic pairing which I highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Nose & Belly in Augsburg with a few colleagues, and we chose the 7-course menu, we were absolutely impressed. Both the service and the food were outstanding. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and attentive the staff were: each course was explained in detail, not only in German but also in excellent English. They were able to confidently describe every single ingredient, which shows a high level of professionalism. From a culinary perspective, every course was a surprise. The dishes featured creative compositions, rich flavors, and a perfectly balanced combination of elements. You could really tell how much thought and skill went into each plate. Overall, it was a fantastic evening that we all truly enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant two people dinner experience for my girlfriend's birthday! The staff was warm, welcoming and with a touch of sociable and funny, they really drive you through this experience the best way. The place is very modern and minimalist and the presentation and taste of food is amazing, you really make experience of something new. The lady also nicely helped me organizing the candles surprise and they brought them with a cake at the very end. The entire staff also speak english. I really recommend this place if you want to make a new experience or celebrate an important event in your life ☺️

My visit to Nose & Belly in Augsburg was truly exceptional, with the service, food, and wine all deserving of high praise. The quality of the cuisine was superb, and every penny spent felt entirely justified. While I would gladly give this restaurant a full 5 stars, I must deduct a point due to a few service-related observations, which, though minor, are noteworthy in the context of fine dining: The absence of the waiter placing the napkin on my lap was a small but expected detail in fine dining. Upon arrival, we found ourselves seating ourselves and moving our own chairs, which, in upscale establishments, is typically handled by the staff, particularly for female guests. While the waiter initially refilled our water glasses, this attentive service seemed to wane as our meal progressed. There were extended periods during which we had to refill our glasses ourselves, and a fresh water bottle was not brought to our table. These are admittedly minor points, but in the realm of fine dining, attention to such details is often what sets an experience apart. Nonetheless, the overall quality of the restaurant, from the cuisine to the ambiance, remains highly commendable, and I would cert

Beautifully presented and delicious food. The menu's arrangement is perfect, accompanies with exquisite wine selections. We love everything about the restaurant.. we will for sure come back for more..
