A salesperson came to my door claiming that the wiring in my building was being changed and modernised. He presented it as a routine infrastructure update, not as a sales pitch. He was extremely convincing, came into my apartment, sat on my sofa, and explained everything in a way that made it sound like this was simply something happening in the building. Somehow, I ended up being signed up to a PYUR contract. I later realised this was not a routine building upgrade, but a sales technique. By that point I had been away on holiday and the cancellation period had passed. I have since tried repeatedly to cancel the contract, but the process has been incredibly difficult. I returned the router, but PYUR is refusing to properly acknowledge that it has been returned. Every time I call customer service, I seem to be redirected into nowhere. I have written letters, made calls, and tried to resolve this properly, but nothing gives me confidence that the situation is being handled. In a few months, I will be leaving Germany, and I am already concerned that exercising my Sonderkündigungsrecht nach § 60 TKG will become another drawn-out struggle, even though PYUR will not be able to provid

My experience with PYUR has been extremely disappointing. The internet service itself has been unreliable and inconsistent, with speeds frequently fluctuating and not reflecting what was promised in the contract. What concerned me even more was the way a representative handled communication. He showed up at my home without prior agreement. I clearly communicated that I do not want in-person visits and prefer to handle everything over the phone. Despite this, he returned again the following day and continued insisting on a face-to-face conversation inside my home. Even after multiple refusals, he kept pushing, contacted me repeatedly by phone, and after I blocked his number, reached out via WhatsApp. This felt intrusive and highly unprofessional. I expect a basic level of respect for personal boundaries and privacy, which was not met in this situation. Based on both the service quality and this experience, I would not recommend PYUR.

Terrible service by PŸUR! My internet has been down intermittently for over a month. I arrived with an overheating modem, but all they told me was that I needed to call the hotline. And that they couldn't help me because I ordered a contract online. That's stupid—why open an office if you can't help me? I'd like to cancel my contract.

Worst customer service ever. Besides not having an idea of what services they should provide, they are ignorant towards their customers and they treat them with zero respect. All they can say after making a mistake is that “we cannot do anything now”. Why is this shop called a customer service at all???

I had a fantastic experience at PŸUR Shop Berlin-Pankow. After being hung up on multiple times by PŸUR's customer service phone number, I decided to visit the store in person. The staff at the shop and Miro especially were incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to listen to my concerns and find a solution that worked for me. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left satisfied, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. If you're looking for a customer-focused place, I highly recommend PŸUR Shop Berlin-Pankow
