Overall, my experience with Pro Drive driving school in Cologne was positive. I had my driving test this week and it was successful at first attempt. The school itself is well located in the city and the registration process was simple and straightforward. Getting started was easy and the administrative side worked smoothly. Where I would take away some points is in the theoretical classes. Some instructors like Bernhard were excellent and really taught what you would expect to learn in each session, using clear explanations and enough real-life examples. However, others felt quite superficial, sometimes cutting the class short and leaving without fully covering the important aspects of the topic for the day. On the practical side, my instructor was Bernhard, and I can definitely recommend him. For me, every driving session was not only about regaining experience and familiarity with the streets of the city, but also a chance to disconnect from the stress of the day with plenty of laughs and conversations about all sorts of topics. Bernhard knew when to be demanding and when to be relaxed, always providing balanced and constructive feedback. The mandatory driving hours were als

Very good Driving School. All the staff was very nice. I didn’t have any problem at all. Always paying attention on my questions/email. I always got an answer back. My driving teacher Bernd was always in a nice mood, but most important: he ALWAYS told me my mistakes when driving, very very important, so that I wouldn’t make them in the exam, and always in a nice mood, no matter how many times I did my mistakes he always explained them to me. I would recommend definitely this Fahrschule. Besides, it is in der Schildergassestr, very comfortable, the car I drove was excellent. No regrets at all.

My experience at this driving school was really 10/10. Theory lessons are offered mondays to saturdays and you can visit to both branches for the classes, which was really helpful for personal planning with work and uni. Online classes were also very organised and run smoothly during the corona times. There is also an app to track your progress, payments and appointments and choosing a driving teacher and planning driving lessons was very easy. My teacher, Simone, was smart, patient, encouraging, efficient and professional and with her, the driving lessons were very fun and filled with helpful tips. I felt safe and made excellent progress in a short time. I already recommended this school to a colleague and I would definitely recommend it again. Good luck! Wirklich 10/10

Pros: I learned driving at Pro Drive Fahrschulen from a teacher whose name is Simone. She was very professional, patient and always provided constructive feedback after each driving lesson. I really enjoyed learning from her and felt that I improved myself from lesson to lesson. Thank you very much, Simone! Cons: The waiting time to get enrolled in practical lessons is relatively long. However, this could also be affected by the number of learners in Cologne. In general, I had a nice learning experience here.

I find Pro Drive an excellent school. They make everything very easy from the registration until you walk out with your driving license. My instructor Bernd is awesome. He was always very calm and friendly but more importantly his good teaching methods. He always addressed my mistakes very nicely and explained them very clearly. I’m an experienced driver in Latin America but obviously here in Germany there’s so many rules and signs that I didn’t know but with Bernd I was good to go in four driving lessons of two hours.
