Premier Inn Köln City Centre Hotel

We arrived at the hotel early and wanted to leave our luggage. Even though they had plenty of space, they rudely refused to help us. Because of their hostile attitude, we were forced to walk all the way back to the train station with our two children. It was an awful experience. As for the rooms, the cleanliness and maintenance were just mediocre. Furthermore, since the entire hotel is located on the ground floor, it gets incredibly noisy inside the rooms.

When we returned, the staff refused to accept the backpacks and claimed they never agreed to do so. This was not only frustrating but felt dishonest. If there simply wasn’t enough space for our bags when we returned, I would have understood. Why would we walk 10 mins to store our luggage to have to do it again if you didn't agree to accept our backpacks? A straightforward explanation would have gone a long way instead of lying. Unfortunately, this experience left a nega
