Took items not needed for turn and they WOULD not give me a refund only a coupon for the amount of the refund. I will never do business with this company again.

I tried to buy a couch and asked for help, they made me stay in front of it for 30 minutes without anyone actually coming. I asked in English but not everyone has the basis there unfortunately so I wandered around but nothing really happened. When I bought a glass table there was a missing piece, and when I tried to reorder they gave me the wrong piece (even though I made sure to give them the serial number the name of the product and all the files that came with it). Now I'm waiting over 2 weeks for the right piece that they had to order after I went there for the third time.

Customer service is not so good but if you know what you need then it is not so bad.
