POCO München - Trudering

Bad service. Almost every employee talked to was unmotivated and unwilling to cooperate. As if that wasn’t enough, they apparently don't communicate with each-other and we as customers just end up being misinformed. Honestly really miserable atmosphere there. All together I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This is probably the saddest POCO I have ever been to. Sad employees, making sad faces, very, obviously no pride in presentation or cleanliness. And to top it all off the sediment is… limited.

Very chaotic Very poorly organised Not kids friendly at all!! Walking through the store with a stroller is a whole disaster, the paths are very narrow, everything overcrowded. The workers there are very impolite not customer friendly nor kids friendly. You waste so much time going there and finding a single staff to ask something is even close to impossible. To make matters worse the warehouse had literally nothing to take home,i asked for 5 different furnitures and none of them was available to buy on spot. Disastraous shopping indeed!!

Good store, good quality of products, very few people talk English, but staff is co-operative

If you want to know how it feels to be in hell, Poco loco is your store. Infinite cue, chaos everywhere and a selection that reminds you to an oversized Euroshop.
