Wie toll kann eine Physiopraxis eigentlich sein? Schumann kann’s! 😊 Es fängt schon bei der Terminvereinbarung an: unkompliziert, flexibel und bestens organisiert. Wenn man zur Tür reinkommt empfängt einen immer ein Lächeln und ein freundliches Wort. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und nicht einfach wie „der nächste Termin“. Natürlich das Wichtigste: die Behandlung. Professionell, kompetent und gleichzeitig menschlich und persönlich. Man hat nie das Gefühl einfach „abgearbeitet“ zu werden. Es wird zugehört, geschaut was man wirklich braucht, Fragen werden beantwortet und Dinge verständlich erklärt. Kurz gesagt: Man fühlt sich einfach bestens aufgehoben. …und trotz aller Professionalität darf auch mal gelacht werden und das macht die Atmosphäre einfach besonders. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die tolle Betreuung, die Herzlichkeit und die wirklich immer gute Laune!

Das gesamte Team ist super kompetent, freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für die Patienten. Die Therapeuten wissen genau, was sie tun, erklären die Übungen verständlich und passen die Behandlung individuell an. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Fachwissen und Erfahrung vorhanden sind.

If only I could give 0✨ stars.. I scheduled appointments for an old injury of mine and due to the flu + covid had to cancel before even starting my first session. One of their cancellation options is to leave a message on their answering machine which I then chose to do. Long story short, they refused to accept my cancellation with stating I didn't leave a message and showed no consideration to the fact that I was ill. To top it off they expect me to pay a fee!!! I addressed this to my lawyer and even he smirked at the unprofessional behavior of this establishment. When you promote to care for customers you should actually follow threw with that! Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for any kind of treatment but if you do decide to go with their type of work ethic make sure to not leave voice mails!!! FOLLOW UP: Not only did they continue to charge me for another canceled Appointment. Now they requested that Google removes my review...trying to hide their inconsiderate behavior which says a lot about this facility and proofs my point!!

Really professional work ! It helped me a lot for my recovery, and Ramon is a super nice guy !
