Fantastic service that was thorough and professional for my MacBook Pro. I had a range of repairs for my mac that needed extensive care and consultation. When the issues were diagnosed, the recovery process was thorough and thoughtful. Ralph was like a caring doctor for my MacBook Pro and returned it cleaned, fixed and renewed. So grateful to receive such considered care for my device. Thank you! Recommended!

I’ve taken my phone there twice and my laptop once, and I can confidently say this is the best repair center I’ve ever been to. The first time was a simple battery replacement. It was extremely fast, they used an original battery, and the price was very competitive for genuine parts. Previously, I had paid €60 for an “original” battery elsewhere that didn’t even last six months. Later, my phone was dropped and started malfunctioning. Once again, they fixed it without any issues and at a fair price. Most recently, my laptop had a problem. I paid only the initial inspection fee and got my computer back. They warned me that it could be a different issue and that it might fail again in the future, but I was truly impressed by their honesty and professionalism. They could have easily lied, said they fixed something, and charged me for it but they didn’t. I comple

I had my phone screen repaired yesterday, and I was worried I might have to wait a week or longer because of the Christmas holiday. However, the gentleman who works there was incredibly helpful and did his best to get my phone ready as quickly as possible. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the effort. I highly recommend this shop!

My sim-card got stuck in my phone. One of the guys at Vodafone gave me this klinik's name. I didn't know that I would encounter a gentleman, named Ralph, there. Having helped in a very short while and thus having resolved my issue, he even graciously said "it was too minor a service to charge for" as a kind gesture. A trustworthy and solution-oriented business. Thank you.
