Parketterei GmbH

I wholeheartedly recommend Parketterei. The team there took the time to advise us on the best options for parquet with underfloor heating and to educate us on selecting an oiled vs. a lacquered finish. We made several visits to decide on the specific parquet we wanted to choose, and the team was alway exceptionally patient and accommodating. We never felt rushed nor that we were taking too much time or asking too many questions. Parketterei ensured that we were well-informed as we awaited delivery, and followed up post-installation to ensure we were fully satisfied. Furthermore, Herr Szylak was more than happy to switch to English when our German skills weren't allowing us to fully understand all of the information we were discussing. This was incredibly appreciated. I can only recommend the service and the product quality at Parketterei. We are grateful to have found a company that helped us make a confident choice with so important a purchase. The floors look incredible and we are grateful. Thank you to Herr Szylak and Parketterei!

This is an amazing company, with excellent customer service. I am a returning customer, and my problem was relatively small, however they went above and beyond to help, sending a parquet flooring specialist to my house to analyse the condition of the floor, and to advise me on which product to use. If you are looking to buy wooden floors, or products to enhance your parquet flooring, I highly recommend this company. I believe that they are one of the best in their field in Munich due to the quality of their products and the fantastic level of customer service that they offer.

Top service and turns out to be the only place in Munich that understands how to revive old wood floors according to light looking Scandinavian standards 👍🏼
