I was traveling for work and stopped into the Munich location on Saturday, May 25. The two women working were so kind & I ended up purchasing the hyaluronic acid/algae serum. I love the product and had such a wonderful customer service experience that I had to write a review.

Love that they have raw DIY products and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!! They went above and beyond to help me buy the products I needed in record time when I needed to catch a train. Will definitely be back for my skincare needs when I’m back in town! 5/5 store and staff!

I visited the shop when on an extended stay in München to visit my husband. I have long been interested in natural cosmetics and have formulated my own in the past. I researched their ingredients online first and was impressed by the quality of ingredients they used and so decided to try out their products as a birthday treat. On my initial visit in March I purchased the Mineral cleanser, the probiotic concentrate, the renewing moisturiser and the shade 2 sunscreen. I have been using these for now one month. Mineral Cleanser: A very nice creamy lotion that has a calming feeling on the skin. It is very refreshing and I particularly like there are no irritants in the formula as I have sensitive eyes. I can use this all over my face without any reaction and my skin feels fresh afterwards and does not feel dry. I had some slight acne before using and this seemed to heal very quickly. I would recommend and will re-purchase, though for makeup it is perhaps not strong enough. The packaging is simple, sustainable, elegant and effective. The spray enables economy in dosing the cleanser and will mean it can last a long time. I use 2-3 pumps of the cleanser. Probiotic cleanser: This has a nat

Been a big fan since founding and finally got the time to visit the store. Wonderful ambiance, good consultation and top products. My holy grail after I tried almost every other big brand products 😌 Also can highly recommend following the instagram account :) Helpful news updates and tips + very wholesome content overall ☺️ Please open a store in NRW soon 😉
