Terrible customer service. They have no interest in giving any advice or recommending any of their products.

I highly recommend this tech shop. I was visiting Munich and my charging cable broke. I bought a new one but I did not notice that it said 3m on the side of the packaging, way too long for me to use on the go. I came back and they let me change it for a different option without any issues. The staff is English speaking and they had no problems understanding me and handling my request.

The staff knows exactly what they are selling. They're well informed and inform the customer about the product in detail before a purchase. They're quick in any kind of service and response. I purchased a Laptop for office use, it is indeed working fantastic without an issue. I had to upgrade the RAM for it today, which again was hassle free, quick and all the settings were done for me. Of course you have to pay for service, but it is worth it.

I had an in-store pick-up here. Satisfied with the delivery time to the store - like they've said in 1-3 workdays. Location is superb, very close to the main train/bus station. Service was very good.

Ordered a RTX 3080Ti FE for 1199€ there. I was so happy. When receiving it, I noticed the package had already been opened and resealed with cheap tape. Although the card looked nice and was working nice, it was obvious by looking at the PCI that it had been plugged in a motherboard already. I opened a complaint because it is not normal to buy something so expensive as NEW and to receive it NOT NEW. Sending back for a new one/only sending back were the only options I got offered, which are not ok for me since I have to leave Germany for good soon. NBB can’t offer me a gutschein or something of the kind because according to them, « the card is new; the previous owner just sent it back within a few days but it’s new ». Of course you will find it sounds stupid and there is a good reason for that. An object you receive with broken seals and that has been plugged in already ISNT NEW, although NBB seems to think the contrary. Never buying NBB again, really disappointing experience.
