It was a nice experience. The things that i didn't like that we chose everything when we booked and when we arrived we had to choose everything again. We expected that the Jacuzzi will be ready when we arrive as we chose but it was empty and we had to look for someone to help us. The system was in German language and I couldn't find how to change it to English. And the towels and slippers weren't included and you need to pay extra for them

Very clean and organised! Unfortunately we received an email the same day telling us that we got a voucher like a discount because the massage bed wasn’t functioning in our room but anyway we will go again soon and try it because the whole experience was superb ! It’s amazing to have a clean private place just to relax and enjoy!

I booked the Birthday Package and an additional package because of my birthday and as an introvert, this was such a wonderful experience for me. A peaceful getaway haven. I was so surprised my 4 hours were up, because I thoroughly enjoyed this. I like the little interaction one has (or doesn't have) with the very friendly and helpful staff, the privacy kept and even the seamless ordering of anything one requires. I am definitely going back.

Wonderful experience. Clean, modern facilities and super easy check in and check out. Everything could be ordered from your suite and delivered without much fuss. Ambiance is customizable from their different scenes along with sauna temps. Was nice to have a private sauna and whirlpool to hang out in. Didn’t try their food but they have that for order and you can rent towels, robes, etc. close to public transport and would definitely return.

MyWellness is the perfect romantic escape in the city. The private spa suites are modern, super clean and creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Having your own jacuzzi, sauna, massage bed without sharing the space with anyone makes the whole experience feel exclusive and special. It’s ideal for switching off completely and just enjoying the moment. Everything works smoothly, from booking to check-in. The rooms are well maintained and you can really take your time to unwind. The only small drawback is that it’s really hard to find longer time slots because they’re often fully booked but honestly, that just shows how popular and good the place is. Overall, a clear 5-star experience❤️❤️❤️
