I had a very disappointing experience at this flower shop. The owner was extremely rude to me. He threw the flowers at me and then refused to let me buy them. I even said, “Please be nice,” because I was in a hurry and really needed the flowers, but his attitude did not improve. I found his behavior disrespectful and discriminatory, and it made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service should be respectful, regardless of the situation.

Unfortunately, every visit to this flower shop has been a disappointing experience. I know it’s part of a larger chain with several locations, and the only branch where I’ve consistently met a genuinely kind and helpful employee is the one at Zoologischer Garten. Everywhere else, the customer service has been very poor. Even first thing in the morning, shortly after opening, the staff often seem unfriendly, impatient, and unwilling to help. Many products don’t have prices displayed, so customers have no choice but to ask. However, whenever I’ve asked about prices, I’ve often felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. Another confusing aspect is that there are no clear signs explaining which plants customers can pick up themselves and which should only be handled by employees. This creates unnecessary confusion and makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. What saddens me most is that buying flowers should be a pleasant experience. Flowers are meant to bring joy, yet I leave this shop feeling disappointed almost every time. Maybe on Sundays it is not a day to go, rrally bad service once you get it. No attention and prices that were not clear. Will not return.

Beautifully arranged flowers, wreaths and bouquets. I have bought flowers here a few times for special occasions, and they were fresh and last really long. They also have a few unique varieties and unique arrangements. You can also have your flowers arranged on site for free. Just choose your flowers and tell them how you want it arranged. Cash payment is recommended but Card Payment is also available from 10€. The flowers here are a bit expensive than you typical flower shop. That is why I also only buy from here for special occasions.

Great Place for flowers. The service girl was super friendly. she made a very beautiful bouquet. it's open at 8:00 but she let me buy the flowers a bit earlier than that. I recommend this shop if you looking for a variety of flowers and plants and super friendly service.
