I’m always so happy with my purchases from Moleskine! I love that you can personalize your gifts with your own writing, which makes them feel even more special and meaningful. They have such a big variety of notebooks, calendars, bags, and so much more. The staff is also super friendly, helpful, and very patient with all my wishes and ideas. Moleskine is honestly my go-to place when I want to create meaningful gifts for friends and loved ones. I use it for both personal and business gifts, and I’m always satisfied with the result. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The salesperson was extremely unhelpful and arrogant — he didn’t even bother to get up from his desk while I was asking questions and responded in a very rude manner. On top of that, I clearly asked for a hardcover notebook, but he sold me a softcover one instead (I just realized when I got home)... This was supposed to be a gift, and I’m honestly really annoyed. Such lack of attention and attitude is unacceptable.

I love my Moleskine notebooks, I came to buy a diary and am happy with it as usual. What I didn’t like so much was the sales girl being cold and not smiling once. I watched some of the customers being friendlier to her than she to them. I wished her happy holidays and was granted with an unfriendly “bye”.

They have really nice classic bags. Available in three colours. I also tried the smart pen, which is really nice.
