Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience purchasing from this place. The quality of both the bed frame and the mattress was very poor. After just one night of use, it became clear that the mattress was of very low quality. The bed frame also had problems — it made noises even with normal use and was not properly adjusted or assembled. When I spoke to them directly, they admitted that the issue was with the bed and the company. However, unfortunately, they refused to take it back and only offered to repair it, even though the problem was not something that needed repair. It was badly made from the beginning due to incorrect measurements and poor construction, and it could not really be fixed. I was very disappointed and affected both by the poor quality of the bed and mattress and by their refusal to take responsibility.

Mr Malterer did an excellent and outstanding job while ensuring we were totally satisfied with consulting services. He went out of his way to show all the features, advantages and benefits of the furniture he showed us. Great customer services and avid descriptions of the products helped with buying decisions. He is absolutely awesome!!!

Frau Hörlücke was exceptional in walking us through, explaining very patiently to our numerous questions. Very knowledgeable. It was a great experience shopping and a recommended place to go for furniture shopping for expats. Ask for Frau Hörlücke if you need help.

I have furnished almost my entire apartment from this store - I couldn't find better price/quality ratio in Nürnberg, even during the supply problems because of COVID the staff did their best to deliver what I ordered as soon as possible and to support me in case of problems. Renting a truck from them is super easy and cheap. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not giving five stars, just because they don"t have a warehouse and you have to drive 20 km to their actual warehouse for bigger purchases, but the staff there is also realy helpful. I will definetly continue shopping there, not only for furniture, but small house stuff as well - decorations, plates, glasses etc.

Recently went shopping for a recliner and ended up picking up one from this place, my review is based on the after sales and in showroom experience They definitely have good stuff for the pricing they offer. My in store experience was absolutely below average and the reason not poor is because there was just one lady who knew the products and could help me the others were chatting away not bothered one bit.. Decided to pick up the chair myself as it was not available immediately, a 30 minute drive to the warehouse... Staff at the warehouse extremely helpful and friendly and very courteous. The exact opposite of the store. I load the recliner and head on home excited to assemble the bad boy... I get home assemble it and then realize the hydraulic system is spoil t so i cant rest my back. I was super annoyed and irritated anyways call up the helpline and they say send an email, I was surprised like what nonsense.. I sent the email no response, twitter no response, Facebook got a reply saying will look into it.. Well 5 emails later no news yet. If after sales support is not important for you then shop here and keep your fingers crossed that the stuff you bought works !!!
