I was there once in person going through the store. And then I made a purchase online - to try out pillows, and choose from 13 I liked. This was the worst, absolute worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. You must return in the store where you oicked up, which I did the next working day. I picked them up Saturday night so returned 5 I did not need the next Monday. Not only was the thin long-haired blond girl with red baseball cap extremely unfriendly. But she made marks of the 5 returned items on my receipt, took them back, and gave the receipt back to me saying I'd get the money with 1-2 business days on my bank card from which I paid. 3 days passed, nothing happened. I used the website to search for customer service - no phone service exists. And then I took pictures of all as you had to upload proof and sent a description asking for my money back. The response was i must state the product numbers of all returned items - remember the sales person HAD MARKED THEM on the receipt. I responded why they asked continuous additional more work from customer side when all had been provided. They responded that they requested "a product number check" from their inventory t

I had a very pleasant experince shopping at Momax i got my kids 3 in 1 bed and i got myself a box spring bed,the Man there Mr Daneil,is is full of respect my skin color was never a problem for him ,unlike others,i really appreaciate him becauze he treats kunden very special,,very nice he should keep it up

Bought two chairs and waited about 30 minutes while they looked for my order. They came back with only one chair, then took another 30 minutes to find the second one — which turned out to be a different model. I had a similar experience the last time I ordered furniture from them — they forgot one piece back then too. Overall, they have really nice furniture, but the service feels like a party in kindergarden.

No normal I bring bed and i wait too weeks to come for my flat and after he comes not all the bed he come and we call them and we go for the shop and hi told me on week we call you and we will send and now we have month we wait no on call no this is not normal how this we paid everything and i not get my bed .I will put Pictures of the bed to see what you not send . I think you should too answered how this work with you

Few weeks ago I bought a 135x200 bed linen. But when I tried to fit that in I measured the exact dimensions to be 125x190! brought that back to the store immediately but they told me they cannot take it back since it is washed. I washed it carefully and this is the actual dimensions. Lady there measured herself and later she told me this cannot be a reason since product cover says 135x200 "C.A." ! Absolutely ridiculous never ever going there again
