I came here already expecting a great service because of all the positive reviews I had read beforehand… but once I arrived, my expectations went even higher! From the very first moment, I was treated wonderfully. I was offered a delicious tea (I think it was lychee tea!), which was such a lovely touch. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was always smiling, cheerful and incredibly kind, explaining every step of the process and making me feel completely comfortable. And the electric massage chair during the treatment was truly the cherry on top! I felt so relaxed, listening to the background music while being pampered. A beautiful experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back!

The place is vert cute and clean, they served me a very good tea, and the final result of the nails was perfect. Besides that, the girls working there are very nice people! Will definitely come back

I asked for a very simple manicure with a very basic nail polish and paid 60€. BUT the nails were not properly cleaned, the cuticles (skin around the nails) were not cut, and the nail polish were done in a very rushed and sloppy way. After three days of manicure and pedicure - nails do not look if they were taken care of at all and I need to re-do everything myself. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, which is the only reason I rate it as 3, but I came there for a service, which I am dissatisfied with.

I absolutely loved it! When you first enter the store they are welcoming you with fresh fruit warm tea. They are really kind. And the nail artist was great. She exactly did what i wanted and definitely is a perfectionist.

This place is amazing! Went in for a pedicure and they were so patient and friendly even with me not speaking German. And they offered me to most delicious herbal tea! Not to mention the best pedicure I've had in months! Definitely worth a visit. Thank you!!
