⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MediaMarkt is a great place to shop for electronics and home appliances. There is a wide selection of products, many well-known brands, and attractive prices. Shopping is easy and convenient, and there is always something interesting to discover. Definitely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The employees were unapproachable, and my experience with customer service was very disappointing. In December, I bought a refrigerator and asked for assistance. An employee told me to wait until she finished helping another customer. After she was done, I patiently waited nearby, but instead of assisting me, she chose to help another German customer first. I also experienced racial remarks during my visit, which made the experience even more upsetting. It’s unfortunate because the store offers good products, but poor customer service and discriminatory behavior leave a very negative impression.

Terrible service. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a new Samsung S26+ phone so somebody started finally to serve. And after the salesman was very rude. "You think that nobody else is shopping here?"

23 of December 2025 i came from mediamrkt hurth to buy 1 device. The staff was approachable and told me sorry we dont have stock for the phone you are looking. You can go to Media markt koln-kalk i saw theres is 3 stock , from there i took uber to reach mediamarkt koln-kalk but im standing more than 30 minutes im trying to approach everyone of thier staff but they only mock like . Until someone told me sorry we sont have stock of the phone you wanted, but i wasted time for waiting and running out of time since all store will close at 14 o'clock. If i know that they will treat thier costumer like what i experience i already go directly to apple store.

More than one hour standing in the laptop section and no staff approaching or even asking if everything’s alright. A bit disappointing on that, but in the end very kind and helpful staff if approached by the customer.
