Had the most amazing time getting my first piercing here as a tourist. Multiple employees gave great advice and help, and were extremely kind and positive throughout the entire process. Anja is an amazing piercer!

A bit late but this shop employees caused pain for over a year for my wife. Infected ear. Pain unbearable pain that for an entire year she didnt sleep on that one side + the handling during the process as described by my wife was not gentle and i was denied being in the same room with my wife which is super strange. Im coming out speaking about this because its not fair that we work so hard and others work half hard and cause us pain. We got medical papers and everything to back us up so be prepared if you wanna take a shot and think this is fake we will stand by our case. You must accept this comment and do better next time. Employee was a female with no hair.

I got a helix piercing at Mayduna in 2022. I had already gotten one back in 2014, but it got so badly infected that I had to remove it. (That was at a different piercing studio.) The current helix was pierced almost painlessly, never got infected at any point, and I’ve been very happy with it from the start. Last Saturday, I went back to Mayduna to switch the stud to a small hoop. All the staff are always super kind and helpful—I really love that about the place. But since healing takes a really long time for me, I’ll probably stick with just one piercing. Thank you so much, dear Heather. It was lovely meeting you.

I had such a great experience at Mayduna that I wanted to leave a review, as I can honestly recommend them 100%! FYI: Just over 2 weeks ago I got my first needle piercing (ear, by Beni, @piercerbeni) done here and it's healing perfectly, zero issues (following their aftercare advice). I first went in about half a year before actually getting pierced, just to ask for advice because I wasn’t sure if it would work with my tiny ears (and if I was indeed ready to commit). Despite being so uncertain, Anja and the rest of the team present took a lot of time to explain everything to me and I immediately felt really comfortable. After that, I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. When I finally booked my appointment (I wanted a certain date), everything was super easy. On the day itself, I really appreciated how carefully they assessed my anatomy, even getting a second opinion to make sure everything would be done perfectly. In the end, Beni did the piercing and he was very patient, answered all my questions, and made sure the placement was exactly where I wanted it (despite there not being much space!). Even though I had been advised that the angle might not be completely straight

I had an amazing experience with Marta for my nose piercing; she was incredible and made the process nearly painless, fast and clean. She is super professional, polite, calm. Unfortunately, my follow-up with another person Hike was very disappointing. She was rude and made the experience quite painful, bringing me to tears. Hike didn’t listen to my concerns; despite me telling her it hurt, she continued to squeeze my nose and instead giving me time to breathe, was saying don’t move the head. Maaannn, you are making painful, how should I react and it was just a follow up, how talented you can be to make it painful. When she finished, instead of providing a small hand mirror like Marta did, she rudely pointed to a larger mirror like you don’t understand mirror is there, stand up and check. As a repeat customer who has had both my ears and nose pierced, I found her behavior unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and overly confident. My check up experience with her was far from satisfactory. She definitely needs to leave the place, or to be trained!
