Pia was truly such an incredible help during our wedding day. She was on top of every single item on the to-do list, coordinated the vendors with ease and frequently checked in with us and offered to help if we needed anything. It made the entire day so pleasant to experience knowing that we had such a trustworthy and excellent help. We can't thank Pia enough - she is an amazing wedding day manager!

We used Pia for location scouting and selection. She was the first of many vendors on our journey and in hindsight it's clear that she is one of the best. She is an outstanding communicator, experienced, and honest in a way that is so helpful when making such momentous decisions. We cannot recommend her enough. Pia is an incredible wedding planner. I couldn't recommend her more, and my only regret is not hiring her from the beginning of my planning journey. Pia stepped in last minute and helped save our wedding. My husband and I had to part ways with our last planner weeks before our ~100 person destination wedding in Brandenburg. It was one of the most stressful times of our lives. However, Pia supported us with her amazing organization, communication, crisis game plan, and compassion. She was always punctual and available for calls to discuss remaining details, and followed through on our asks. As we approached the wedding, we were able to relax and on the day of the wedding, we felt very confident in Pia's hands! Our family and friends also couldn't speak more highly of Pia's demeanor - calming, warm, friendly, and dependable. Many of them also said it was the smoothest wedding they had attended abroad. Pia made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable! Taking over just three months before the big day, she expertly coordinated everything to perfection, with structure and professionalism. From the moodboards to the implémentation of the decoration, flowers and other details, it was just stunning ! She handled all details flawlessly and earned praise from our guests and vendors too! We feel so lucky to have had her by our side. Highly recommend !
