Extremely happy with them! I brought in a delicate puffer coat with lots of stains and signs of use. They cleaned it perfectly, it looks almost new again. The service was nice and professional. I paid €24.50, brought it on Wednesday, and picked it up on Saturday. Highly recommended! (First photo: after - the rest: before)

It's so unfortunate that I have to write this review. Unfortunately this service is not good and not trustworthy. I provided a silk shirt that is dry clean only. The shirt was in fine condition when given to the store, they even asked me to pay extra as it is a fine shirt. I picked up my shirt and the entire collar seam has been damaged from what looks like completely improper handling. The entire collar is split away from the seam and the shirt is destroyed. Its quite clear they do not handle fine clothes or silk well and they throw it in with everything else. Do not come here if you have nice clothes to wash. When I addressed this to the store owner she told me it was like that before because you wore it. Then proceeded to ignore me in the store and serve other customers. I have genuinely never felt more embarrassed then having to stand there and tell the woman in the store that it was not like this before I gave it to her and that they destroyed it. Unfortunately I had to leave because they would not say one reasonable thing to try and resolve this and another man in the store came to try and intimidate me. Edit in response to owner: I don't live closeby and can't just "come by" with the big carpet again, as it takes me a long time to go there. But your petty answer being offended by an objective and honest review of your service shows your level of professionalism. But don't worry, now I changed my review to one star, because of your petty and rude answer. Alles gute! ;) Had very high hopes for getting my wool carpet cleaned after reading all the positive reviews, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed. When I opened the carpet when I came home, it didn't have a fresh and cleaned feeling at all, maybe vacuumed at most. All the previous stains were still visibly there, and it didn't seem like they had made any effort to try and remove them, see photos for some examples. I can't say for sure that they didn't actually clean it, but the carpet didn't feel fresh and cleaned at all, just as tired and dusty as when I turned it in, and I would expect more from a professional carpet cleaner rather than the level of cleaning I can do myself at home. Feel quite scammed of the €70 it costed me, and I will definitely not use their services again.
