Ich empfehle diesen absolut ausgezeichneten Arbeitsrechtler uneingeschränkt weiter und beglückwünsche jeden, der mit seinem juristischen Problem den Weg zu ihm gefunden hat! Ich arbeite mit Herrn Gorschak bereits seit mehreren Jahren zusammen und habe mit ihm in jedem noch so komplizierten arbeitsrechtlichen Thema eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden. Dr. Robert Gorschak provided excellent legal and coaching support to solve my problem; at any time during the process I felt I had the best and most rational and efficient support on my side. I particularly appreciated the rational and fact based assessment of the situation. We worked as a team and achieved our objectives, and by the way it was also a very nice and empathic relation. I came to Robert through a friend's recommendation and can say in conclusion that I am very content with the level of service that he provided always attentetively and in the most professional and - bi-directionally - most respectful manner. I especially appreciated his diplomacy, negotiaion skills, eloquency, and judgement which all pay into a good outcome both parties can live with and part on hopefully good terms.
