It was the best experience. The employees were all extremely friendly and ready to help. The person, who met us at the cash point was so sweet. I recommend going in there 🌼☺️

Love this brand, bought my first pair of Kampgen boots during a winter holiday in Cologne. Very comfortable and a beautiful shade of red. Most of the sales staff were pleasant ,however, one assistant made me feel as if I was taking too much time to select my boots. Perhaps it was too near to closing time.

I used to live in Heumarkt and had shopped here several times. Today, I had a horrible experience. Even after directly asking a salesperson for my size, she never brought the shoes or checked back in. I went to the cashier counter to request the shoes. Won't be coming back. I bought the same shoes 2 years ago, so old model, no displayed prices, and overpriced. Can only recommend to avoid at *literally* your own cost. You will y pay for extra rudeness.

Just bought shoes from there and indeed they are very comfortable shoes. However I thought it was only to me that seemed like the stuff was unfriendly and indifferent. From the other reviews I see that maybe they have this attitude to foreigners? Well foreigners buy shoes too and they keep their store making money too!

Avoid this place. In case your shoes are defect they are not going to hear your problem, they have no return / exchange policy, personnel is totally impolite and indifferent, perfect servants of their profit oriented policy. Most importantly the store manager is the rudest person I ever met in my life! She was bothered because I asked to speak with her and probably, I assume, because I was not speaking German?!? I don’t want to mention her gestures and expressions while I was speaking to her. I think the owners need to choose more wisely which people they put as representatives, especially in such big store in the heart of Cologne..
